Company Composite Components is using in its production all of the most modern technologies which ensure for its products the best parameters.


For the components production manual or one of the industrial methods are used. The most important for decision, which production method will be used is requested quantity per year, specific parameters of product or request for identity of products from one production batch.


The slowest one is the manual lamination method . The advantage of this method is that it is relatively cheap and simple mould and also better mechanical parameters of the product. Products made by this method in one production batch could have small differencies. Especially due to unique possible mechanical parameters of such products, this method is used mainly for airplane production. In the airplane production it is necessary to keep strictly all the requested procedures, therefore only the best workers can be used on this workshops. This method is used also for the products, where the customers request only small series.

The firs of industrial methods is the Light RTM. Contrast to the manual method , here is reduced the working time, but the moulds are much more complicated and therefore also more expensive. Applying the light RTM, to the bottom part of mould is on the gelcoat laid the glass fibre reinforcement, then the mould is covered by the upper part also with gelcoat. After that, the covered mould is connected with vacuum pump and by the filling machine is the moul filled with the mix of resins. This method is used for serial production.

Second used industrial method is the heavy RTM. Moulds, used for this method, are the most complicated, most heavy and most expensive. Into the mould, on the pre-applied gelcoat, again it is laid the glass fibre reinforcement and the mould is covered by pre – prepared cover. For the manipulation with the mould and with the mould cover usualy has to be used machines, because they are extremly heavy. Mould cover is fixed with mould base mechanicaly, pneumaticaly or hydraulicaly. After that the mould by filling machine filled by mix of resins, when much higher pressure is used, than for light RTM. There is not used a vacuum pump. The production times for this method are shortest, there have to be used additional tools for fixing the cover to the mould and for manipulation with mould. This production method is used for the highest series in the production.
